Shrove
Tuesday is also known in a lot of countries as Pancake Tuesday. It is the
day before Ash Wednesday- the first day of Lent- and is celebrated in many
countries by having pancakes.
Our recipe was simple:
1 cup of milk.
1 cup of self raising flour.
1 egg.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
We really enjoyed making and eating pancakes today!
