Cross Country Practise

Cross Country is coming up in Week 4! Room 12 have been doing 10-15mins of cross country practise every day to make sure we are ready for the race. Each day we try to beat the amount of laps we did the previous day and we are trying our hardest to keep running the whole time.

Remember to spend some time at home training for cross country, we want to make sure we are ready and able to do our very best on the day! The more we practise the better we will get and the more fun we will have!
