Mindfulness Afternoons

This week we have started a new routine...mindfulness first thing after eating our lunch! This is a 15minute time where we can lie down, unwind, and really focus on improving our emotional wellbeing. We are using an online tool called 'smiling mind' to follow a sequence of lessons that will help us to understand and monitor our emotions through practising mindfulness.  In this photo you can see us all lying down with our eyes closed, when we were focusing on breathing techniques and feeling tension in different parts of our bodies.
